Australia's first NFT-ticket music festival 'The Grass is Greener' 2022. started for
An annual all-ages music, food and arts festival resuming later this year in an expanded format will be the first major Australian event to integrate NFT into its ticket via the limited-edition 1,111 NFT collection. Grass Is Greener 2022 Traveling Festival will begin its 2022 season on the Gold Coast on 22 October, followed by its first show in Canberra on 23 October.
Inaugurated in 2016, the festival will also take place in Cairns, Far North Queensland on 29 October and then conclude on 30 October in Geelong, Victoria. Grass is Greener will give NFT owners access to the program and its unique on-site experience including Lifetime Ticket NFT, Backstage Pass NFT and "much more". The organizers also touted several themed stages and an enhanced VIP experience.
Artists already announced for the 2022 travel festival include Ty Doll$ign, VNSSA, Panau, Sticky Fingers, Onefour, Maya Jane Coles and Boo Sika.
